2024: The Nucleic Acids Research Editorial highlights our work (NMPFamsDB database) as the 2024 Issue's Breakthrough paper (among 180 papers).
2022: Our collaborative work “Extreme-scale many-against-many protein similarity search” has been selected as a finalist for the 2022 Gordon Bell Prize. The ACM Gordon Bell prize is an established prize for innovation in applying high-performance computing to applications in science, engineering, and large-scale data analytics.
2022: Listed in the 2022 updated list (“Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators”) which includes the scientists who are placed in the top 2% of their field, worldwide. The ranking is based on a composite score which includes publications, references, co-authors, years of presence in the literature and other parameters. Calculations were performed using all Scopus author profiles as of September 1, 2022.
